Happy New Year! I hope everyone enjoyed their holidays and received a pet or two from Greatfather Winter.
Did you make your New Year's resolutions? I sometimes find that New Year's resolutions can be difficult to keep, so this year I've resolved to simply enjoy life more. I resolve to follow in the footsteps of the Snowfrolic Fox!
Unfortunately, the new year has started off on a slightly unhappy note. My beautiful Winterspring Cub has wandered off and gotten lost, and I need your help to find her. I will be giving away a very rare Spectral Kitten Loot Card as a reward for one lucky participant in my Lost Cub Hunt.
The Lost Cub Hunt begins at 12:01am (EST), January 5th, 2013. In order to be eligible for the reward, you must follow the contest rules and the guidelines of the hunt.
I love hearing from you. Please leave a comment below, but once the Lost Cub Hunt begins, DO NOT share any of your hunt discoveries!

ReplyDeleteBeegkitty, the pawprint is hidden somewhere in the pages of my portraits gallery website. You'll likely have to browse through a whole bunch of pet portrait pages in order to find it, but it should be in plain sight once you land on the right page.

That was a good deal of fun! I loved the riddle the most. I think my favorite outfit in the gallery was for the Azure Whelpling. :D
ReplyDeleteNot only is the hunt super fun, but you are super talented :) loved looking through your gallery. Collecting all gear must have taken forever. I was wondering if you could help me. My hubby made me the sword that looks like a key. I wanted to put together an outfit to look like Sora from Kingdom Hearts any suggestions? :) I hope I win the quest for the lost cub teehee!!
ReplyDeleteWow, that's a tough outfit to pull together. Kinda hard to find short pants or boots. Not sure if you're trying for a xmog or just an rp set, but here are some of my picks for you: The Drakeweave Raiment (level 68 drop from Hemathion) would be my pick for a chest item. The Silver-thread set (level 25 world drop) has some Sora-like strapping. Then there's Fire-core Leggings (crafted) or Imperial Red Pants if you're wearing red. Gloves of the Dark Mystic or Buckaneer's/Sage's Gloves. Girdle of Ruination (cloth, crafted) or the Praetorian Girdle (if you can wear leather). I'd love to see what you eventually put together for this! Best of luck!

I will totally post a pic when I get it finished. I was thinking of using the oily slimeling as my pet. Seems like an appropriate ink blob ;) oooh my gosh can't wait to log on and start collecting!! (p.s.... im 31 and sound like a teenager that is sad haha)

ReplyDeleteFor the folks worrying that they'll miss the pawprint, trust me, you can't miss it! I thought it would be much smaller, but it's very large and grabs your eye immediately. Just keep looking through the shots. :)
